What started as a simple idea has grown into something truly special — a mobile bar built with love, grit, and a whole lot of cowgirl heart. From hauling the trailer to styling the setup, we take pride in creating the authentic Cowgirls Cantina experience.
Meet Jana — The Cowgirl Behind the Cantina
Hi, I’m Jana Phillips, owner and founder of Cowgirls Cantina.
Being a real cowgirl - I couldn't imagine anything more fitting to my style than Cowgirls Cantina. At our Ranch we host events with our loved ones regularly and being able to share that southern hospitality with others in the form of a mobile bar is a dream come true.
The best moments of life are meant to be shared and celebrated with family and friends. My goal was to create something that brought that same feeling to weddings and events — a space where everyone feels welcome and relaxed.
With the help of my husband, we built Cowgirls Cantina from the ground up, turning an old cattle trailer into a working mobile bar. It’s not just a business to us; it’s our way of sharing a little piece of who we are with every couple and crowd we serve.
A Family Affair
Behind every perfectly poured margarita is a team that works together like family — because we are one.
- My husband keeps the wheels turning (literally), handling the heavy lifting and the behind-the-scenes setup.
- Our 2 grown kids are hands on working in the bar. Helping with everything from setup, to mixing and serving, and cleaning up after the event.
- And me? I'll make sure every detail shines.
